Overseas plot

How do you defend yourself against a groping boss? What do you say to a taunting boss? And how do you serve the meal? In the Philippines, prospective housekeepers are trained in dealing with demanding employers in, for example, Dubai and Hong Kong. Through role plays, they themselves take turns taking on the role of client or subordinate. The young women, who themselves will be separated from their own fledgling families for years, carefully note how to wash a baby in a tub or how to dress a needy lady. The women are also followed in their preparations for life in a foreign country with a foreign family.
