Bob Rugurika owns "RPA", Burundi's most popular independent radio station. As a passionate investigative journalist, he is a proponent of free speech. The "RPA" continues to challenge the regime and become public enemy number one. Especially when President Pierre Nkurunziza is determined in 2015 to start a third term in office and wants to change the constitution to do so.
