Olimpiada en México plot

Documentary by Mexican former Olympic swimmer Alberto Isaac about the 1968 Olympic Games. The film focuses not on the celebration of national achievements, but on individual heroism. It includes underwater footage of the violence and deceit during the water polo matches. The film also provides iconic images such as Americans Tommie Smith and John Carlos, on the winner's podium of the 200 meters, their heads bowed, their clenched fists in black gloves raised to the sky in a dramatic gesture of Black Power.
