My Name Is Luka plot

On May 23, 2005, the well-known Irish singer/songwriter Luka Bloom turned 50. Luka Bloom is the younger brother of Christy Moore, one of Ireland's most popular living artists, a living legend. Luka has been trying for a long time to get out of his brother's shadow. In this personal documentary, Luka traces his own roots, visiting the people and places that shaped his own life, and contemporary Irish folk music in general.
