My Long Distance Friend plot

The beautiful young OG from Zimbabwe has been roaming Europe alone since she was 9 years old and is used to bending the world to her will. Like a vamp she moves from club to party, from Vienna to Monaco, to Bangkok and back but more and more she also feels emptiness in her existence. Director Carina Molier - her 'long distance friend' - follows her in her quest to reunite with her child. Gradually she sees her own life mirrored in the life of this nomadic adventurer. A film about displacement and the search for connection in an increasingly complex world.
