Mountain Flesh plot
Hikers set out in a Swiss mountain village. A fountain splashes reassuringly, the sexton prepares a mass. With tight shots in contrasting black and white, Valentina Shasivari shows a serene landscape, tranquility in her directorial debut. At the same time, the images raise questions. Fueled by the soundtrack, on which the underground creaks and crackles of the mountain can be heard, an ominous feeling comes over you. Something is going on here, but what? Men with high-tech measuring instruments populate the landscape, residents study their surroundings with remarkable attention.
