Mother India plot

Jhuma and Niladri live in Burdwar, India. They have been married for 8 years now and have no children. This is a big problem, especially in India where childlessness is seen as a shame. In the past, Jhuma would have left his wife to start a family with another woman. But today, new medical technologies offer them new opportunities. The couple travels to Hyderabad, the heart of innovative medical technologies in the field of fertility, in hopes of fulfilling their dream of having children.
