Morro dos Prazeres plot
The Hill of Pleasure favela in Rio de Janeiro has been ruled by drug dealers for years. In the run-up to the 2014 FIFA World Cup, the Peace Police takes over the authority to restore peace and security in the slum. Do the residents accept this?
