Monica & David plot

Monica and David both have Down syndrome and are head over heels in love with each other. They want to get married and have children. The couple dreams of a normal life, but that is not so easy. Monica and David are pushed to the limits of their capabilities and confronted with prejudice. In addition, they depend on Monica's mother, with whom they live in the house. A niece of the couple made a documentary about the life of the couple in love. The preparations for the wedding come into the picture, just like the honeymoon. But David and Monica also have setbacks. They argue more often than before, and David's job hunt doesn't go as planned. Will the couple still manage to keep the wedding boat afloat?
