Moeders plot

Four mothers tell how their son ended up in criminal waters due to bad friends, trauma or intimidation by a gang. The offenses are small, their involvement is not always proven and sometimes they only witness a crime. But the preventive Top400 treatment imposed on them by the municipality of Amsterdam takes them from the rain to the drop.
