"Elucidating the truth"

Is milk good or bad for you? We all know that milk is not good for 'everyone', but there are those who claim that it is downright bad for people to drink cow's milk. Sebastian Howard goes on a search and finds outspoken pros and cons of milk without much effort. Scientists waving reports of extensively tested numbers that establish beyond any doubt that milk is healthy/unhealthy. What about the modern process of milk production? What about the growth hormones given to cows in the industrial farming system? Is organic milk healthy?
