It's over for Jocelyne and Serge Klur: their factory, which manufactured tailor-made suits for Kenzo (LVMH group) in Poix-du-Nord near Valenciennes, has moved to Poland. The couple is not only out of work, but also has heavy debts and is in danger of being evicted from their home. But then François Ruffin, the founder of the magazine Fakir, knocks on their door. He is convinced that he can save them. Together with a Belgian tax inspector, a red sister, a trade union representative and former salesmen of the Parisian department store La Samaritaine, he wants to plead the case of the Klurs at the general meeting of LVMH and to relent CEO Bernard Arnault. But can David compete with this wealthy Goliath? Will a bunch of 'freeloaders' manage to fool this giant of luxury products and the richest man in France?
