Madame L'Eau plot

Faced with the ongoing drying out of the land around the Niger River, three friends from Niger come together to turn the tide. They contact experts on water management in the Netherlands. They want to investigate the professional knowledge of the Dutch on the spot and the three of them leave for the Netherlands. Guided by guide Wineke Onstwedder, they take a tour along windmills, delta works and water pumps. The real windmills are too big and too expensive, but luckily they meet Frans, an engineer who will eventually build a small but efficient windmill with them in Niger. The water from the Niger River will finally be able to reach their fields.
