Ma Jeanne D'Arc plot

On horseback, director Dany Chiasson goes in search of her own interpretation of the heroic Joan of Arc, the farmer's daughter who led the French against the English in the fifteenth century. Chiasson wants to get to know the Jeanne from before her exploits. So she follows the eleven-day route that d'Arc traveled through enemy territory (parts of France had been occupied by the English) in 1429 to convince Charles VII to be crowned rightful king of France.
