Brothers Louis and Auguste Lumière, the pioneers of cinema, fundamentally changed the world of film with their innovative methods. Of the approximately 1,400 films shot with their famous cinematographer, 110 have been carefully selected and restored. This documentary aims to further explore the history of cinema's invention and show audiences worldwide that some of the greatest masterpieces in film history have their roots in both French and international culture.
