Lucanamarca plot

In Lucanamarca, a remote village in Peru, on April 3, 1983, sixty-nine villagers were murdered in cold blood by members of the Shining Path movement. As a result of the work of a Truth and Reconciliation Commission, it becomes clear that the survivors are still grappling with the painful memories of this massacre.
