Life, Assembled plot

Filmmaker Elodie Degavre takes the viewer on a journey of discovery past houses that were the result of participation experiments fifty years ago. She is guided by the architects of the time: Simone and Lucien Kroll, Jean Englebert and Paul Petit. A steel city as a source of local gossip. Lightweight houses, designed by their future buyers. A construction kit entrusted to students. In Brussels, Liège and Charleroi, three architects and a handful of adventurous residents realize their utopia: housing in a kit, accessible to everyone.
