Lieve Buren plot

A new asylum seekers center in your municipality; the idea alone made many Dutch people angry last year. Journalist Maral Noshad Sharifi and her family return to Moerkapelle, the village where they got a house in 1993 after they fled Iran. With a camera in hand, she talks to her Dutch ex-neighbors about their first meeting, when she was 4 years old. She wants to know what it was like for them to receive refugees in their street at that time.
