La Nostra Strada plot

Italian teenagers Daniel, Desirée and Simone from Palermo don't have much at home. They fantasize about a future where they would like to trade school for a job as soon as possible and about their classmates, some of whom may end up as mob bosses. Their teacher Giovanni tries with endless patience to teach these rebellious teenagers some knowledge in their last school year. He discusses adult themes with them such as slavery and homosexuality, and immerses himself diligently in their environment.
