Jaripeo plot

In Michoacán, Mexico, the annual jaripeos, a regional form of rodeo, celebrates cowboy culture, nostalgia, and macho masculinity. But surprisingly, beneath the spectacle, a hidden queer subculture quietly unfolds. Director Efraín returns to his hometown and creates a portrait of queer self-discovery within a traditionally masculine world.
