Inzake Saoedi-Arabië plot

To what extent do moral considerations play a role in doing business with a strict Islamic country like Saudi Arabia? Tip of the veil: Dutch universities earn millions from Saudi students. At the expense of their country, they study medicine at the universities in Groningen and Maastricht. But with that income comes the dilemmas. Saudi women are only allowed to study in the Netherlands by their government if they bring a male supervisor, a so-called mahram. These men receive a visa from the Netherlands. Is that good for the emancipation of Saudi women or a bow to a strict Islamic regime?
