Intervista plot

An Albanian film student discovers a twenty-year-old film reel among his belongings, whereupon his mother gives a speech to an Albanian Communist Party congress. Sound is lost throughout the movie. He eventually takes it to a school for the deaf to use lip readers to decipher his mother's words.
