The Armenian genocide at the time of the Young Turks regime is not a self-evident part of the history curriculum today. Yet the memories of the massacre for the relatives of the estimated 1.5 million Armenians who were killed in the period 1915-1916 are still very much alive. Director Joe Berlinger meets with experts and historians to discuss the Armenian Genocide and the Turkish government's continued denial that it ever happened.
