Indestructible plot

When 31-year-old Ben Byer is diagnosed with ALS, he begins to record his life on camera. What starts with a few video diaries grows into a three-year journey in search of answers and hope for a cure. Ben introduces viewers to this rare neurological condition as he meets doctors and other patients. He travels to China where he meets an American weightlifter who tries to heal himself through tai-chi and acupuncture. When he discovers a cure in Beijing based on transplanting cells from fetuses, he faces a dilemma. He must weigh the chance of a cure against the risk of this surgery.
