Im Lande der Morgenstille plot

The Benedictine missionary Norbert Weber made this documentary about Korean life and culture while visiting. The film shows, among other things, the art of calligraphy, spinning cotton, making rice cakes and the life and work of missionaries in Korea at the time. There are also images of area that is now in the hands of North Korea. Preserved in a monastery, the film was rediscovered in 1975.
