I'm Coming Up plot

Documentary about a large-scale Housing and Development Board flat in Jurong where the galleries and indoor balconies are central. The director smoothly surveys the building from top to bottom, examining every available 'public' space. Shot just before dawn when there are few people in sight, the documentary focuses entirely on the interaction between camera and architecture – the changing hues, lights and shapes that result from the movement.
