Until July 4, 1979, Larry Gross was addicted to alcohol and heroin, but has been addicted to Jesus ever since. This addiction is much less dangerous. He now walks many miles every day along the Texas roads with a huge wooden cross on his shoulder. The documentary is a portrait of the daily life of Larry Gross.
