Het Witte Kasteel plot

In this documentary, Van der Keuken trains his camera at three different locations. First, there is the Spanish island of Formentara, a rural enclave that is becoming a tourist destination. Then there are African-American neighborhoods of Columbus, Ohio, where younger generations face poverty through new forms of political organization. Finally, there are also two factories in the Netherlands, one of which is occupied by its employees.
