Het Defilé plot

A few months before his death, Prince Bernhard was the center of attention at the annual Defilé for War Veterans in Wageningen. The now very elderly veterans talk about intense friendships with their Prince. Emotions run high during the parade. The march through Wageningen is long and arduous and this may well be the last time the veterans can honor their Prince.
