Handbuch plot

August 2020. While protests against the controversial re-election of President Lukashenko swell in Minsk, Belarusian Pavel Mozhar follows developments in his native country in his room in Berlin. Some seven thousand protesters were arrested and tortured by the infamous riot police OMON in those days. In his room, which has been transformed into a studio, he has the torture acted out on the basis of testimonies.
