Grande Ourse plot
In 2015, with a baby under her arm, director Nora Philippe arrived in New York and discovered Barnard College, a prestigious women’s university, looking for allies to renegotiate motherhood and feminism and to rethink the world her daughter would grow up in. She meets Evy, Lila, Anta and Talia, four dedicated students who embark on an intimate and political journey with her. They grapple with a decade of American history marked by the Trump era, MeToo, Black Lives Matter and the climate crisis. Today, at 30, they represent the faces of resistance.
