Grab plot
'Grab' is an intimate portrait of the not much documented 'Grab Day' in the communities of the Native American Laguna Pueblo tribe. On the annual 'Grab Day', residents throw water and food from the roofs of their homes to the people on the streets. It is a prayer of the whole community of abundance, thanksgiving and renewal. 'Grab Day' stands at the intersection of traditional Native American and modern Western cultures. The film follows three families as they prepare for the annual event. A chronicle of their lives leading up to this day.
