Göttliche Lage plot

A new district of the city has been built over the years on the grounds of a former steel factory in Dortmund. The project is centered around an artificial lake, where luxurious residential homes are being built on the banks. The people who live and work in the immediate vicinity of the former factory cannot afford the houses on the lake. A documentary about the transformation from an industrial to a leisure community.
