The drinking water of Brazil's largest city has run out. Politicians have invested money in prestige projects, forgetting the basic necessities of life. And so filmmaker Elizabeth Rocha Salgado suddenly stared at a tap from which no water came out. In the documentary she made, she goes in search of the source of the scarcity.
