Forever Pure plot
"Power, money, politics... this isn't a game"
Israeli football club Beitar Jerusalem is the most popular and influential club in the country; it is also the only team where a Muslim player has never been signed. Forever Pure follows the club closely in the turbulent 2012-2013 season. After a prosperous first series of matches, the wealthy Israeli-Russian owner Arcadi Gaydamak, a man with political ambitions and an extremely dubious reputation, causes a shock by suddenly adding two Muslim players from Chechnya to the team via a mysterious transfer. Both young men are treated to racist chants and flute concerts from the first training.
