Forengie plot

'Helping poor people in Africa' seems like a noble goal. Now that regular development aid is under discussion, private initiatives are increasing. But how easy or difficult is it actually to set up something yourself in a country you hardly know? And are the Africans still waiting for those white 'forengies'?
