Far Western plot

Charlie Nagatani is a standout, with his large cowboy hat. The eighty-year-old Japanese musician lives for country-and-western after he, as a young man in the fifties, took the music of the American occupier to his heart. Owner of a well-known country bar and founder of the annual Country Gold Festival, he is the figurehead of this wonderful Japanese subculture.
