Fantasy Fantasy plot

Coming of age film in which sisters Molly and Smilla (11) take us into their world of autism. We see how the twins find support with each other in a symbiotic way. They call their condition “painful”: it unwittingly condemns you to another world, because you are not 'normal'. The self-confident sisters make the viewer think with their casual philosophical remarks. Does normal exist? And if not, why is there even a word for it?
