Documentary about the first 'all-female' rock band to be released on a major label. Founded in the 1960s by two sisters with a Filipino background, Fanny quickly turned into a band that had none other than David Bowie as a super fan. But unfortunately Fanny was largely written out of rock history after five albums. Now, after climbing constant barriers from sexism to ageism and racism, Fanny's wives are ready to claim their deserved place in the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame.
