Ever Slow Green plot

Fifty years ago, Auroville was founded, an experimental city in Tamil Nadu, South India, where people from different countries wanted to live together in harmony. They embarked on a unique afforestation project on the desert plateau that had been made available to them. Now the Auroville Forest is an inspiring example of eco-recovery, helping this particular type of tropical forest, which is under threat of extinction, to recover and thrive. 'Ever Slow Green' tells the story of the 50-year-old forest of Auroville, through various characters who have devoted their lives to it.
