"The heist of China's airwaves"
On March 5, 2002, a group of Falun Gong members broke into a Chinese state television broadcast and showed a video about the movement. Falun Gong is a banned spiritual movement by the Chinese Communist Party in China. Their story has been animated by cartoonist Daxiong, who is also a Falun Gong practitioner. His animated scenes are interspersed with interviews with many main characters - that is, those who survived and managed to escape China.
