Esse Amor Que Nos Consome plot
Gatto Larsen and Rubens Bardot have been working together almost all their lives. Their project: the Rubens Bardot Dance Company. The story begins when both of them move into a new living and rehearsal space with their dance group in an empty building in Rio de Janeiro. However, there is a problem: the building is for sale for 1 million dollars, an amount that they can never cough up themselves. As long as there are no buyers, they can stay there. Gatto, Bardot and the dancers turn to the Orisha gods (also worshiped in voodoo and winti) to keep potential buyers out.
