Esquirlas plot

November 3, 1995. Without warning, an arms factory in Río Tercero, Argentina, is blown up. Shrapnel falls and surrounding houses are in ruins. 12-year-old Natalia captured the disaster with a video camera. Two decades later, she revisits her old recordings, along with official archive footage, and it becomes clear that the explosion was not an accident.
