Energy Risk plot

Fossil fuels will run out in the course of the 21st century. In view of the explosive growth in China and India, black eyes give us only 25 years to switch to sustainable energy. Will Europe (and the Netherlands) have completed their transition in time, before oil and gas become scarce and/or too expensive and/or difficult to access? Will our energy-dependent economies still be able to continue to operate? These are important questions in a world in which new power blocs and political alliances emerge based on differences in energy situations.
