Einzelkämpfer plot

The German documentary film star Sandra Kaudelka, who in her youth was an enthusiastic diver in her youth shortly before the fall of the Berlin Wall, has devised a special subject for her thesis at the Berlin Film School. In 'Einzelkämpfer' she shines her light on the how and why of the sports and performance requirements that were necessary in the then GDR. She also questions, among others, four important athletes who have participated in various world championships and Olympic Games for the GDR.
