Droomland DDR plot

Petra Lataster-Czisch travels to her hometown of Dessau in former East Germany to attend a reunion of her high school class. The former classmates take a boat trip and Petra visits some of them at home. They talk about their school days and how the 1989 turn has affected their lives. The stories and emotions that emerge have often remained hidden for a long time and range from deep-seated hatred for the oppressive GDR regime to undisguised nostalgia.
