Dreadlock Rock plot

Rastafari or rasta is a philosophy with roots in Jamaica. The name comes from Ras Tafari Makonnen, the name of the Ethiopian Emperor Haile Selassie. Rastafarians believe in the divinity of Haile Selassie. For many of them, he is the reincarnation of Jesus. In 1977, white musician Jack Miller traded California for Jamaica on a quest for reggae and discovered a revolution of rastas on the island.
