Downside Up plot

Through a single camera movement, this film explores our relationship with the ground. The viewpoint shifts constantly. Places, objects, people, and events come into view. These observations gradually accelerate, revealing a double-sided ground that flips like a tossed coin, only to slow down again and swing around the edge of the earth.
