Death Row Angels plot

Through contact with her pen pal Clinton, a death row inmate in Texas, filmmaker Eva Julia Manneke realizes how women can fall in love with men 'on death row'. She makes contact with three European women who each started a relationship with a man on death row in Texas. The Flemish Agnes has been writing with men on death row for thirty years and considers James to be her 'soul mate'. The Dutch Mirjam meets her fiancé Leonard for the first time in this film. Nadine from Paris is married in Texas to a man she will never touch.
