Dear Francis plot

Dear Francis is a documentary that focuses on the situation in Swaziland. With a population of just over 1 million, this small African kingdom has the highest percentage of HIV-infected people in the world. This film follows the personal experiences of two outsiders and the Swazis they befriend. Through these contacts, they discover that the causes of this endemism are much more complex and shocking than they could have imagined.
